Frequently asked.
How long does a build take?
One to three weeks, depending on tier. Starter: 1 week. Standard: 2 weeks. Premium: 3 weeks. We agree on the launch date in writing before we start.
What if I need to leave?
Cancel hosting anytime — no contracts. We'll hand you a full export of your site, the domain stays yours, and you can move it to whoever you want. We just ask for 30 days notice so the handoff is clean.
Do you do e-commerce?
Not in v1. If you need a real online store with inventory, payments, and shipping, we'll be honest and point you toward Shopify. If you just need to sell a handful of things, we can wire up Stripe Checkout and keep it simple.
Do you do logos / branding?
Not from scratch. We'll work with your existing logo, or recommend a local designer if you need one made. Sticking to web means we do it well.
What's “content updates within reason”?
Text changes, swapping photos, updating menus, posting news — small things that take under 30 minutes a month. Bigger changes (new pages, new sections) we'll quote separately, no pressure.
Do you offer payment plans?
Standard split is 50% upfront, 50% on launch. For Premium ($2,500), we can do thirds: 1/3 to start, 1/3 at the design review, 1/3 on launch. Just ask.
